Client-Facing Delivery Manager
Our client is an established European technology company operating in the B2B space, delivering mission-critical solutions to international clients across logistics and related industries. With a strong domain expertise and long-term client relationships, the company works at the intersection of product development and tailored solutions.
The business has grown organically over the years, building a solid client base across Europe (with a strong presence in the Nordics). As a result, many processes and ways of working have evolved in a non-standardized way.
They are now looking for a Client-Facing Delivery Manager who will play a key role in bringing structure, improving delivery practices, and strengthening collaboration between clients and internal development teams.
This is a highly impactful position with a high level of ownership, where you will work directly with clients, influence how delivery is organized, and help shape the company’s future operating model.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for key B2B clients, building long-term relationships and managing expectations
Understand client business needs and translate them into clear requirements for development teams
Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between client expectations and technical execution
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, supporting prioritization, planning, and execution
Identify gaps in current processes and proactively introduce improvements and best practices
Establish and standardize delivery processes, documentation, and ways of working across clients
Bring consistency to areas such as SLA models, support approaches, and billing logic
Contribute to account growth through identifying opportunities for upsell and service expansion
Take ownership of delivery performance for assigned accounts, including budget and P&L responsibility
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication on all sides
Requirements
Proven experience in a client-facing delivery, project, or program management role within a B2B environment
Strong track record of working with long-term clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Experience collaborating closely with software development teams
Ability to translate business needs into structured delivery plans and actionable tasks
Experience improving or building processes, ideally in environments lacking structure
High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience working with budgets, scope management, or commercial aspects of delivery
Nice to have
Background in logistics, supply chain, automotive, or other mission-critical industries
Experience in consulting, outsourcing, or product companies with custom client solutions
Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes
Experience working with SLAs, support models, or service standardization
Exposure to international clients across Europe or the Nordics
