Description:

A digital dog-training and education platform that uses a gamified, daily-challenge format to help dog owners better understand canine behavior. The platform offers short, interactive lessons, quizzes, and expert tips designed to make learning about dog training engaging, accessible, and easy to fit into everyday life. Its focus is on improving communication between dogs and their owners through enjoyable, bite-sized learning experiences.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to join a project and lead the development. You will work on cloud-hosted services that prioritize reliability, scalability and growth of the product.

This role suits an engineer who is comfortable working in hybrid environments, modernizing legacy systems, designing robust APIs and mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain existing React Native application

  • Develop and integrate frontend components using React

  • Build a new API and integrations to support new features

  • Update and support existing games using Phaser game engine

  • Collaborate within an established team structure and existing workstreams

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong experience with React native and React

  • Solid experience with Node.js and Fastify framework

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data replication

  • Experience with REST-based and event-driven architectures

  • Familiarity with system reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or regulated industries

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar

Other:

Abilities to learn new things and not be afraid to ask questions are a must. Direct communication with the end client, so English skills should be on a sufficient level.
