Our client, a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition of software companies, is looking for a Investment Analyst eager to gain hands-on exposure to international M&A and grow into a senior investment role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on potential acquisition targets and markets across Europe.
• Collect and structure financial and operational data for initial deal assessments.
• Coordinate due diligence workflows and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Support the preparation of valuation models and due diligence summaries.
• Participate in integration planning and early post-acquisition monitoring.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and internal communications.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and valuation principles.
• Strong interest in technology and SaaS-driven business models.
• Fluent English; Eastern European languages are advantageous.
• Analytical, disciplined, and eager to learn from senior investors.
• Ready to work in a demanding yet supportive remote environment with international exposure.
