Location: Remote, in Europe

Our client is a private investment company acquiring niche software businesses across Europe. To support its continued expansion, the firm is hiring a detail-oriented Investment Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with an ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential software acquisition targets across European markets.
• Develop valuation models and investment analyses for deal screening and approval.
• Coordinate financial, legal, and technical due diligence processes.
• Manage data rooms, document control, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Summarize due diligence findings into concise, actionable reports.
• Assist with integration planning, KPI reporting, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Support the creation of investor materials, internal updates, and progress presentations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated experience preparing financial models and investment materials.
• Solid understanding of recurring-revenue business models (SaaS metrics).
• Excellent written English and presentation skills; additional European languages beneficial.
• Methodical, precise, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines in a remote setting.
