Director of Maritime B2B SaaS Expansion — Nordic & Baltic Regions
Location: Klaipeda, Remote
Join a leading B2B SaaS provider serving the maritime industry as the Director of Expansion. This role is responsible for driving growth in the Nordic and Baltic markets, delivering digital solutions to optimize workflows, compliance, and operations for ports, terminals, and shipping companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement expansion strategies for the Nordics and Baltics.
Establish key partnerships with ports, shipping lines, maritime technology clusters, and regulators.
Lead enterprise sales and pipeline development to ensure regional adoption.
Localize product offerings to align with regulatory requirements and operational realities.
Oversee demand generation, lead nurturing, and account growth.
Track KPIs, report results, and refine commercial tactics to boost performance.
Represent the company at maritime conferences and innovation hubs.
Build and manage a regional commercial team as growth accelerates.
Requirements:
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or growth leadership.
Track record of closing enterprise deals (€25k+) with long and complex sales cycles.
Experience collaborating with maritime authorities, port operators, or shipping companies.
Understanding of Nordic/Baltic market dynamics and regional expansion.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership skills.
Fluent English; knowledge of a Nordic or Baltic language is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required to support regional growth and client engagement.
