Head of Growth

Our client is a privately owned investment group operating across real estate, hospitality, clean energy, entertainment, and venture capital. The company’s mission is to drive long-term, sustainable growth while making a meaningful global impact.
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Group Project Coordinator / Head of Growth to join our client’s HQ leadership team. This is a high-impact role overseeing a dynamic portfolio of projects across hospitality, real estate, clean energy, and venture investments — with a projected value exceeding €250M in 2025.
This position combines project execution and business growth, requiring a hands-on leader who excels in synchronising complex initiatives, generating new opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across diverse geographies..
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of 4–6 high-value projects across hospitality, real estate, and energy sectors, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives and timelines.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, lead investment case development, and drive execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate regional project directors and site teams, ensuring standardisation in design, delivery quality, and brand compliance across all initiatives.
Manage resource planning and budgeting, working with HR, finance, and procurement to allocate resources effectively and monitor financial performance.
Lead stakeholder communication, acting as the primary liaison with senior management, JV partners, contractors, and shareholders.
Implement and optimise project management systems and tools, driving efficiency and process automation across the portfolio.
Mitigate risks and resolve cross-project issues, ensuring continuity and performance through proactive problem-solving and escalation protocols.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks, regularly presenting progress, insights, and recommendations to top leadership.
Requirements
10+ years senior leadership experience developing and executing growth strategies, including identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value investment opportunities/deals in relevant sectors (hospitality, real estate, energy, VC).
Proven success driving significant portfolio growth, market expansion, or new revenue streams through strategic leadership of complex, large-scale project portfolios (>€50M budget responsibility).
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to envision, initiate, and scale new ventures or business lines, leveraging market insights, innovation, and strategic partnerships to create competitive advantage and long-term value.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle as a key driver of growth, meeting ambitious KPIs and delivering strong ROI within target industries.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management, complex budgets, and investment analysis related to growth initiatives
Advanced expertise in cloud-based productivity platforms and MS Office (Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PowerPoint, Word), with an ability to visualise data effectively.
Understanding of AI usage is a must.
Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional regional languages are a plus.
