As the company scales its operations and expands internationally, we’re looking for an energetic, execution-driven Senior Finance Manager to build and run its financial engine. Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions
• Oversee core finance operations — accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance — with a focus on scalability and control
• Manage liquidity and working capital; support funding efforts alongside the CEO
• Drive automation through ERP and BI tools, ensuring real-time financial visibility
• Partner with business leads to improve efficiency and support growth initiatives
• Handle audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, including FP&A, cash flow, and internal controls
• Proven ability to build or overhaul finance processes independently
• Strong skills in ERP/BI systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Passion for automation and continuous improvement
• Relevant degree or accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MKK, MKVK)
• Fluent in English and Estonian; Russian is a big plus
